To assist the guests, ensure that their stays at the resort are comfortable and satisfactory. Processes local, long distance and overseas calls, provides wake-up calls, screen all incoming call for top Executive after office hours. Provides directory services to guests, informs guests of resort services and service hours. Follows the procedures for handling emergencies, cooperation with all departments concern all information in the Resort daily basis. To proceed all bill charge to guest account are correct posted and receive guest’s settlement when required. |
